A credit is the unit AIBenta uses to meter AI work. One credit costs $0.20. Each AI response — a full thinking cycle, regardless of how many message bubbles it takes — costs 1 credit, and each AI tool call (booking, web search, a custom function, campaign or FAQ generation) costs 1 credit. Channel infrastructure (WhatsApp delivery, phone numbers, templates) is billed separately as a pass-through at provider cost.
